East SFR is part of Liquid's strategy to acquire and develop single-family rental product in underserved East Austin neighborhoods with strong rent growth and OZ tax advantages.

STRATEGY
Liquid targets four-bedroom and high-bedroom-count single-family product where rental premiums are strongest. East SFR is held for long-term cash flow and appreciation within our Opportunity Zone fund structure.
